The LBL-1 is a laboratory wet low-intensity magnetic separator with a continuously adjustable 800–4,000 Gauss field, a co-current / counter-current convertible tank and a visible field-strength readout. It takes a 2–10 kg batch or runs continuously at up to 2 t/h, so results scale directly to plant duty instead of stopping at a few grams of Davis tube sample.
Typical applications
Why this design
- 2–10 kg per pass — big enough that sample heterogeneity stops distorting your results
- Field is adjustable, not stepped, so you can map grade-vs-recovery across the whole range
- Results are directly comparable against Davis tube data — no re-basing of your historic numbers
- Same machine family as our industrial separators, so lab settings transfer to plant duty

How we work with you
- Free preliminary assessment — send us your ore type, feed size and duty; we recommend the right configuration at no cost.
- Verification — run the machine in your lab, or through our accredited partner laboratory (full test programmes are quoted per sample set).
- Quotation in one business day — machines ship in a crate worldwide; installation support is remote or on-site.
